  • A military inspired exercise program that works the entire body, including the heart, in a short time by going from exercise to exercise with little rest. Each class covers cardio, strength, balance, stretching and teaches about healthy foods

Straub Park Bootcamp (Downtown St Pete)

  • May 10 – July  5. No class on May 24 (8 weeks)
  • Wednesdays 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM 
  • From I-275 take exit 23 for Pier, follow 4 Ave N, left on Beach, right on 5 Ave NE, right on Bayshore. Bring quarters for parking
  • Cost: $80 paid in full ($10/session) or $12 daily drop-in

Abs & Butts Class

  • Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:00 PM
  • Anytime Fitness on 900 Central Ave (MLK & Central corner)
  • Free for members of this location, non – members $7/class or 10 for $50 ($5/class)

Boomers Class for those 50+

  • Thursdays 11-12 AM
  • Anytime Fitness on 900 Central Ave (MLK & Central corner)
  • Free for members of this location  (ask your Medicare health plan if it includes a gym membership), non – members $7/class or 10 for $50 ($5/class)
